Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and service, and improving the overall customer experience. The Client Success professional will maintain strong relationships with clients and work towards their continuous engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and high-level Customer Service
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
