  • Customer Communication: Answer customer requests promptly and effectively via chat and email, ensuring all communication is in English.
  • Customer Guidance: Help and guide customers seamlessly through the use of our app/product, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Feedback and Advocacy: Serve as the customers' voice by collecting and sharing their feedback and reporting issues internally to relevant teams.
  • Product Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to have a direct impact on improving the overall Product.
  • Relationship Management: Represent the company professionally and build a strong, trustful, and long-lasting relationship with our customers.Role & responsibilities

* Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with a strong preference for experience in the FinTech, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
