Role & responsibilities

  1. Oversee site plumbing and PHE works as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

  2. Work with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and goal delivery.

  3. Ensure compliance with HOH quality standards, technical specifications, and safety protocols. 4. Maintain accurate JMRs, trackers, checklists, and other plumbing-related records.

  4. Supervise and verify testing, commissioning, and completion of drainage, water supply, and pump room systems.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Hands on knowledge of plumbing systems including Flexi Pipe, UPVC, CPVC, PVC, CI, GI, and Geberit systems.

  2. Proficiency in shaft down-take drainage systems, water supply branching, and pump room connections.

  3. Ability to read, interpret, and execute plumbing and PHE drawings accurately.

  4. Experience in testing, commissioning, and quality inspection of plumbing installations.

  5. Competence in site documentation JMR verification, tracker sheet maintenance, and checklist updates.

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

  1. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

  2. 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in plumbing and PHE execution within residential or commercial real estate projects.

  3. Strong background in high-rise or large-scale construction projects with hands-on site coordination.

  4. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing-related testing and commissioning procedures.
