Job description Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical rework tasks in support of service and occasional manufacturing requirements.
Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel, Office to prepare and maintain records.
  • Work from schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to repair or modify assemblies, sub-assemblies and components
  • Perform rework and quality testing. Most work requires use of a microscope during rework activities.
  • Execute repairs in accordance with appropriate Quality Standards and industry soldering practices.
  • Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT).
  • Capacity to identify component packages and values.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
  • Should be able to Work with other team members to implement quality and performance improvement.

  • Sharp Knowledge of POC
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Self learner
  • Quality inspection experience desired.
  • Experience working on multi-layer PCBs
  • Ability to interpret, receive direction and apply both written and oral communication
  • Flexible to quickly adapt to learning new tasks, moving to new areas to meet changing customer demands
  • Flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Flexible to work in multiple areas as required
  • Demonstrated competencies in: teamwork, professional conduct, quality, job knowledge, communication, problem solving and lean principles, flexibility, attendance and appropriateness
