Position: Finance Senior Executive

Location: Colaba, Mumbai, India

Role Overview:

The Finance Senior Executive will assist in managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the achievement of financial objectives. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, maintaining MIS, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and maintain MIS reports, reconciliations, invoices, and financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Implement internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or professional certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, GAAP, financial statements, ratios, and KPIs.
  • Experience in cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Experience in legal, financial services, or insurance industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
