Job Responsibilities & Skills

1. Technical Knowledge

• Maintain and update website content using HTML, CSS, or other programming languages.
• Utilize graphic design tools to create product images, banners, and promotional graphics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-commerce platform or website.
• Create accurate and engaging product listings highlighting features and benefits to attract customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure product availability.
• Work efficiently with e-commerce platforms and related software.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Manage returns and exchanges in a customer-friendly manner.
• Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with shipping partners to verify destinations and ensure timely deliveries.

3. Digital Marketing Knowledge

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost customer engagement and increase sales.

4. Vendor & Business Relationship Management

• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to orders, payments, or vendor coordination.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the e-commerce store's performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
