Mr.Creative Stories is looking for a meticulous and creative Wedding Image Editor/Retoucher to join our post-production team. You will be instrumental in finalizing our wedding photography, transforming raw images into polished, high-quality, and emotionally expressive photographs that align with our distinctive cinematic style and storytelling brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Culling and Selection: Efficiently review thousands of RAW images to perform initial culling, selecting only the best-composed, focused, and emotionally resonant images to proceed to the editing phase.
• Bulk Editing & Color Correction: Perform high-volume, global image adjustments using presets and batch processing, including:
• White Balance and Color Correction to ensure accurate and consistent skin tones and colors across all lighting conditions.
• Exposure and Contrast Adjustments to achieve optimal brightness and detail in shadows and highlights.
• High-End Retouching: Execute detailed, local retouching on selected portrait and key images (e.g., couple portraits, family formals, details) using advanced Photoshop techniques:
• Skin smoothing and blemish removal while maintaining natural texture.
• Removal of distracting elements (e.g., exit signs, stray hair, clutter) from backgrounds.
• Subtle enhancements to features and fine-tuning composition (cropping and straightening).
• Workflow & Archiving: Maintain a highly organized digital asset management system, renaming files, managing metadata, and ensuring secure backup and archiving of all RAW and final edited files.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Perform a final quality check on all delivered images to ensure consistency, sharpness, and adherence to client specifications before preparing them for high-resolution client delivery.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with photographers and the creative director to understand the vision for each wedding and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop for professional-level photo editing and retouching.
• Technical Eye: Deep understanding of photography fundamentals, including lighting, composition, color theory, and white balance.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct minor imperfections that maintain the integrity and realism of the moment.
• Workflow Efficiency: Proven ability to handle and process large volumes of RAW files while working under strict deadlines.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality editing and retouching work, specifically within the wedding or portrait photography genres.
• Soft Skills: Strong time management, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced culling software (e.g., Photo Mechanic, Imagen AI).
• Knowledge of creating and using custom Lightroom Presets/Brushes for workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles for potential album layout preparation.

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
