Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our client acquisition efforts in our target markets. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in the digital marketing and technology services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, generating new business leads on our target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
