Role Description

We're looking for a
Social Media Content Editor & Visual Designer
— a mastermind who knows how to turn ideas into engaging visuals. From
editing high-energy Reels to designing captivating marketing materials and sleek packaging
, you'll be the one shaping how the world sees our brand.

As our
go-to creative force
, you'll be at the front line of our digital + design universe. From shooting and editing Reels that pop, to designing marketing collaterals and packaging that people
want
to keep — you'll shape how the world sees brand
MaVi
and
Dr. Manika Khanna
across every platform, screen, and touchpoint.

You'll work closely with the leadership team to take ideas from
vision → visuals
— whether that's a big social media campaign, a marketing creative push, or a powerful storytelling moment online.

The ideal candidate should have an intuition and creative bent of their own so they can work independently without excessive supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot and Edit engaging
    short-form videos
    for Instagram, other social media, and promotional use.
  • Design
    high quality graphics and creative materials
    such as posters, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Design
    packaging and brand collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communication team to conceptualize visual ideas.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining creativity and quality.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects, CapCut or similar).
  • Strong social media experience
  • Young and modern marketing brain
  • Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Motion Graphics, Colour Grading, AI for Editing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
