Job Overview:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on civil construction sites. This includes ensuring that the project is completed according to design specifications, within budget, and on time. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure work is being done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on site supervision.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
