We're Hiring | Sr. Merchandiser – Home Textiles

Company: JVS Export

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

JVS Export is looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage end-to-end merchandising operations, customer coordination, costing, sampling, production follow-up, and timely deliveries with strong profitability focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships and coordinate with internal departments

Develop samples aligned with market trends and buyer requirements

Handle accurate costing, negotiation, and order finalization

Coordinate with CAD, sourcing, production, QA, and shipping teams

Ensure timely sample approvals, production planning, and deliveries

Monitor production progress, resolve issues, and manage risks proactively

Oversee inspections, shipment planning, and post-cost analysis

Support responsible sourcing activities and customer programs

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of home textile merchandising

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Experience in costing, sampling, production, and export documentation

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently
