Job Responsibilities:
Programming and Operation:
Set up and manage Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to ensure high-quality standards and detect any defects in the production process.
Process Improvement:
Analyse and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Knowledge of solder paste printing processes and equipment.
Proficiency in developing and optimizing reflow oven profiles.
Experience:
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in AOI Programming.
Educational Background:
Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
