Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TIG Welder located in Patna. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding metal components together using tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding processes. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring welds meet specifications, inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance on welding equipment, and adhering to safety standards. The TIG Welder will work closely with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG welding and knowledge of welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in inspecting welds and ensuring they meet specifications
• Skills in maintaining and performing routine checks on welding equipment
• Understanding and adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Previous experience in a construction environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is preferred
