About the Role

As a Senior Support AnalystatNetConnect Global (NCG), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our financial systems. You will be part of a10-member support team, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to address incidents, perform daily operational checks, and implement service improvements. Your contributions will directly impact system stability, service delivery efficiency, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and createfunctional specificationsto enhance system performance.
  • Act as theprimary contact for end users, performing first-level investigations and providing solutions to known issues.
  • Conductdaily health checksincluding SOD/EOD processes to ensure a stable production environment.
  • Monitor alerts, performincident triage, and coordinate with development and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Take ownership ofservice improvement projectsto boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams tocommunicate issues, suggest enhancements, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
  • Participate inlong-term improvement initiativeswithin the support function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Masters degreeor equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ yearsof experience as a Support Analyst, preferably in thefinancial services domain.
  • Strong understanding offinancial terms, accounting system processes, instruments, and transactions.
  • Proficient inITIL Operation Methodologywith strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience withRed Hat LinuxandWindows servers, includingvulnerability remediation.
  • Knowledge ofconfiguration management, monitoring, and CI toolson UNIX and Windows platforms (preferably Ansible).
  • Familiarity withautomation toolsfor deployment, customization, upgrades, and monitoring throughDevOps practices.
