Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menu, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any complaints politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
  • Handle billing and payment processing when required.
  • Follow hygiene, grooming, and restaurant safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
