About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to civil, interior, and MEP projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and finalize BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
  • Manage tendering & bidding processes, including vendor negotiations and rate analysis.
  • Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets through cost control and monitoring.
  • Evaluate contract terms, claims, and variations in coordination with project teams.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure effective procurement planning and vendor coordination.
  • Support project managers in value engineering and cost optimization.
  • Handle final account settlements post-project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, and MEP projects.
  • Expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and rate analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (CostX / Candy / Planswift added advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications in QS/Cost Management will be an added advantage
