Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Account Analyst to manage and reconcile internal trade accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with Excel for day-to-day operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile internal trade accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Perform accounting-based reconciliations for trade-related entries.
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks or mismatches across accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, compliance) for transaction validations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal systems.
  • Assist in improving reconciliation processes using Excel tools and automation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2
  • years of experience in trade accounting, internal account reconciliation, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and journal entries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
