We are seeking a technically savvy, execution-focused Project Manager who can drive projects from concept to completion across marketing, operations, and technology. This role demands strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and hands-on comfort with various digital tools, content creation platforms, and CRM/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Coordination

Own projects end-to-end with a completion-oriented mindset—beyond task lists.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Set up workflows, test processes, and ensure successful execution across initiatives.

2. Content Creation & Channel Management

Create and manage content across social channels including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Develop brand-worthy marketing and sales collateral such as:

Flyers

Pitch decks

Landing pages

Emailers

Other digital assets

Build and maintain content calendars for multiple business entities, ensuring timely deployment.

3. Data Research & Dataset Preparation

Conduct research across online databases to compile complete, usable datasets.

Prepare contact lists for outreach campaigns and segment them for targeted messaging.

Organize data within the CRM and ERP systems for easy access and structured workflows.

4. CRM, ERP & Technology Setup

Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM and related platforms using video documentation and internal instructions.

Identify and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.

Understand analytics across platforms and provide performance insights.

5. Vendor & Partner Communication

Reach out to vendors via email and phone to gather information, negotiate pricing, and coordinate meetings.

Manage external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration.

6. Amazon & Helium 10 (Preferred)

Experience using Amazon Seller Central platforms is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Helium 10 analytical and research tools is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Strong technology acumen with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Experience with CRM/ERP setup, marketing tools, and automation platforms.

Highly analytical, research-driven, and detail-oriented.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.

Prior content creation experience, including short-form video content (TikTok is a plus).

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
