The Role

We're looking for a
UI/UX & Graphics Designer
who lives and breathes aesthetics.

Someone who can think beyond "pretty visuals" and design
systems that make things work beautifully,
for our clients and for Saday itself.

This role is about crafting new products, refining our existing ecosystem, and pushing the limits of creative problem-solving.

You'll work on:

• Designing next-gen tools and platforms for Saday's clients across industries
• Improving UI/UX across all Saday products, tools, and internal systems
• Evolving the
  Apatite Design System
  alongside our tech and product teams
• Creating graphic assets, visuals, and motion-ready elements for web and product interfaces
• Collaborating closely with engineers and brand designers to ship pixel-perfect experiences

We're Looking For

• A
  builder mindset
  — someone who doesn't just design, but loves to experiment and innovate
• A deep, personal love for
  aesthetics, color, form, and design systems
• Curiosity for solving complex business challenges through design
• Comfort with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Basic familiarity with front-end development or "vibecoding" (a bonus, not mandatory)
• People who don't wait for direction — they create direction
