We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Web Developer to oversee full-stack and app development projects, guide the technical team, and deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience with React, Laravel, MySQL, and Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the web development team (frontend, backend, and mobile)
  • Oversee end-to-end development of web and mobile applications
  • Review code and ensure high-quality, optimized deliverables
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams
  • Define technical architecture and ensure best development practices
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
  • Manage project timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Stay updated with the latest web and mobile technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on development experience
  • Strong knowledge of React (frontend)
  • Proficiency in Laravel/PHP (backend)
  • Strong understanding of MySQL (database design, optimization)
  • Experience in Flutter for mobile app development
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
