Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualise, and design visual content based on briefs, including rough layouts of art and copy concerning arrangements, typography, hierarchy, and aesthetics.
  • Create high-quality social media creatives, which include posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails for reels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and strategy) from ideation to final execution to ensure the design aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Prepare and present rough design drafts for approval and feedback.
  • Finalise artwork by producing polished layouts with accurate text, image alignment, and formatting for digital delivery.
  • Operate relevant design tools and software to create final output ready for publishing or sharing.
  • Maintain organised folders with design assets, source files, and client-specific templates.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and follow platform-specific design guidelines.
  • When needed, liaise with external vendors for printing or sourcing licensed assets.

Software Skills Required

  • Mandatory: Proficient in Canva Pro or Adobe Photoshop
  • Optional/Bonus: Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or After Effects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
