About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex problems and drive business innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI models, integrate them into software applications, and contribute to advancing our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Develop scalable and efficient software applications utilizing AI/ML techniques.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and incorporate them into projects.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and document AI workflows and pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging AI software components.
  • Contribute to the design of AI architectures and pipelines, ensuring robustness and reliability.
  • Assist in setting up automated model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI software development or machine learning engineering.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • Experience with data processing tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
