We're seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a multi-cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management, ensuring high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity, quality, and consistency across various cuisines.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, presentation, and service.
Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food usage to minimize waste.
Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Collaboration: Work with the management team to develop and implement culinary strategies, promotions, and events.
