Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer with warmth, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Understand guest needs and assist them in choosing sweets, savories, and gift items.
  • Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, shelf life, and pricing.
  • Suggest suitable products or gift packs based on the occasion or customer preference.
  • Handle billing coordination and ensure a smooth checkout experience in coordination with the cashier.
  • Manage customer feedback, handle complaints politely, and escalate when required.
  • Ensure product display counters are clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
  • Support in maintaining hygiene and quality standards in the sales area.
  • Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely delivery of bulk or festive orders.
  • Maintain records of repeat or VIP customers and ensure personalized follow-up service.
  • Assist in festival crowd management and ensure guest satisfaction during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, preferably in sweets, retail, or food industry.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
  • Product knowledge (Indian sweets, savouries, and ingredients) will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer or billing system knowledge preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,500.00 per month
