About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Backend Developer who has strong experience in backend development, custom plugin creation, and database management. The ideal candidate should be able to work on scalable WordPress solutions and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins and themes
  • Work with PHP, MySQL, and APIs for backend integrations
  • Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate UI/UX designs with backend functionality
  • Ensure code quality, maintain documentation, and follow best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 2 – 2.5+ years in WordPress backend development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Experience in building custom plugins and themes from scratch
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
