Role Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Lead to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for the Baleni Group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Tally, Excel, MIS reporting, and audit support, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
  • Track cash inflows and outflows to ensure healthy cash flow management.
  • Prepare weekly MIS reports and provide clear insights on financial performance.
  • Review and reconcile accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Support audit preparation, compliance, and statutory filings.
  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data to highlight trends, anomalies, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to streamline and automate financial processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 04–08 years in finance and accounting, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command over Tally, Excel (advanced), and MIS reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and high integrity.

  • Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

  • CA / ICWA / CS (full or partly qualified) preferred but not mandatory.

  • Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with leadership.
