Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented GRN Executive to handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes in our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for verifying incoming goods, updating stock records, and ensuring accurate inventory entries in the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive goods from vendors and verify quantity and quality against invoices
  • Prepare and update GRN entries accurately
  • Enter stock details in the system using Excel / ERP / POS software
  • Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and store teams
  • Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately
  • Maintain proper documentation for inward goods
  • Ensure organized storage and stock tagging
  • Support inventory audits and stock verification

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Any degree
  • Good knowledge of GRN process
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Prior warehouse or retail experience is preferred (not mandatory)

Salary: Based on experience (negotiable)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
