Job Description (Full JD)

Role: Curriculum Developer – Mathematics

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or related discipline (Master's preferred)

Experience: 2–5 years in curriculum development, educational publishing, or teaching with content creation exposure

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and structure comprehensive mathematics curriculum for targeted grade levels.
  • Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teacher guides.
  • Align content with national and international academic standards (CBSE/ICSE/IB or similar).
  • Research best practices in pedagogy to make content engaging and effective.
  • Review and update curriculum regularly based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and graphic/content teams.
  • Ensure mathematical accuracy, clarity, and conceptual depth.
  • Incorporate digital learning tools and interactive elements where relevant.
