Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Java Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using Java and related technologies. You will play a crucial role in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns

Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability

Debug and fix bugs and performance issues in a timely manner

Deploy applications to production environments and monitor their performance

Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends, and continuously improve your skills

Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in development processes and tools

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

BE/B.TECH

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong understanding of Java programming language and related frameworks

Experience with web application development using Java EE or Spring framework

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
