Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator
About AJNA Tuition Classes: AJNA Tuition Classes is a growing educational institution dedicated to providing quality academic support to students from Grades 1 to 10. We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth learning environment.
Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing student records, coordinating schedules, assisting parents, and providing general administrative support to both students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management:
- Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents (in-person, phone, email).
- Provide detailed information about tuition programs, fees, and schedules for Grades 1-8 and upcoming Grades 9-10 batches.
- Handle student admissions and enrollment processes.
- Student & Faculty Support:
- Maintain accurate student attendance records and academic progress files.
- Assist in scheduling weekly and monthly tests for Grades 1-8.
- Coordinate teacher schedules and ensure timely communication of any changes.
- Assist teachers with material preparation, printing, and general classroom support.
- Financial Administration:
- Process fee payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly payment reports for visiting faculty.
- Resource Management:
- Manage the tuition's library, including issuing resource books via the library card facility.
- Monitor and order office supplies and classroom materials.
- Communication:
- Facilitate communication between parents, students, and teachers.
- Assist in drafting newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
- General Administration:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle basic IT support (e.g., printer issues, projector setup).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Maximum: HSC passed / Pursuing Bachlelor's.
- Proficiency in computer applications (basic data entry, using Canva).
- Experience:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or office management role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude may also be considered.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi).
- Customer-service oriented with a patient and friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Timing : 1pm - 9pm (Monday to Saturday)
