SAP APO/PPDS Specialist

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and redesign APO custom developments for embedded PP/DS in S/4HANA.

- Remediate or retire obsolete function modules, BAPIs, and planning enhancements.

- Adapt or replace CIF-related interfaces as CIF is embedded within S/4HANA.

- Collaborate with functional teams to align planning logic including heuristics, pegging, and optimizer.

- Validate planning results, performance, and data consistency following migration.

- Support SPDD/SPAU activities and conduct upgrade impact assessments.

Must-Have :

- Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP APO and embedded PP/DS.

- Strong knowledge of SAP custom developments, function modules, BAPIs, and CIF interfaces.

- Experience with S/4HANA migrations and embedded PP/DS.

- Ability to work closely with functional teams to ensure alignment of planning logic.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in validating system performance and data consistency post-migration.

- Familiarity with SAP planning heuristics, pegging, and optimizer functionality.

- Prior experience in SAP upgrade projects and impact assessments.
