  • Identify potential customers for business loans, personal loans, and lending services through field sales activities.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized loan solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet monthly targets set by the organization for new loan disbursements and customer acquisition.
