About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Low Code Application Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain workflow-driven business applications on the Low-Code platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions, implement integrations, and provide ongoing support for deployments and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and support services using low-code and traditional technologies.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical and process-driven solutions.
  • Design, code, test, and deploy new features within existing application frameworks.
  • Manage application releases, configuration changes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to maintain system reliability and security.
  • Handle multiple applications, maintaining both test and production environments.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, ensuring timely and high-quality issue closure.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly application health and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on IT development and application support experience.
  • Solid experience in web development using PHP, C#.Net, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, REST API, Angular, JQuery, and .Net Core.
  • Proven experience with No-Code/Low-Code development platforms for building and maintaining business applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design principles.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB, with the ability to write and optimize queries.
  • 2+ years' domain experience in Capital Markets or Banking preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Asset Management applications, and cloud-based technologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a focus on delivering high-quality and on-time solutions.
