Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant at Onholidays, located in Hyderabad. The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and managing detailed itineraries for leisure and business purposes. The consultant will handle reservations, ensure smooth coordination of trips, and deliver high-quality customer service to meet client needs and expectations. Collaboration with teams and clients is essential to create tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to craft and execute customized travel solutions
  • Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations to ensure well-structured itineraries
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and address travel needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of travel tools and platforms is a plus
  • Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
