Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Video Editor with strong skills in Motion Graphics and Videography to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an eye for storytelling, technical expertise in video production and editing, and the ability to bring concepts to life with engaging visuals and dynamic content.

Key Responsibilities"

  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and internal communication.

  • Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
  • Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and messaging across all video assets.

  • Ensure video outputs are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, ads, etc.).

  • Videography & Production

  • Plan, shoot, and manage video production for events, interviews, product demos, and brand campaigns.

  • Operate professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and brand teams to conceptualize and storyboard video content.

  • Manage end-to-end production, from pre-production planning to on-site shooting and final delivery.

  • Collaboration & Innovation

a. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to align video output with campaign objectives.

b. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and editing techniques to constantly bring innovation to video production.

c. Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, and Videographer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into impactful video content.
  • Strong storytelling skills with attention to pacing, transitions, and sound design.
  • Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in producing content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
