  • Support goal setting, KRA/KPI documentation.
  • Assist in appraisal cycle coordination.
  • Track performance timelines and documentation.
  • Assist in training coordination and logistics.
  • Maintain training records and attendance.
  • Support learning initiatives and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
  • Assist in internal communication and HR announcements.
  • Assist in policy implementation and communication.
  • Coordinate office administration and day-to-day facilities operations.
  • Maintain vendor records (housekeeping, security, pantry, transport).
  • Support office maintenance, repairs, and AMC coordination.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage ID cards, access cards, and visitor coordination.
  • Support workplace safety and hygiene initiatives.
  • Prepare HR and Admin MIS reports.
  • Maintain trackers for recruitment, attendance, payroll, assets, and vendors.
  • Support data accuracy and reporting.
  • Provide administrative and HR support to employees and managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
