THE ROLE

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Software Test Engineering, to lead our QA strategy and execution across our technology solutions. This role is pivotal in driving quality, reliability, and innovation while fostering a high-performance, collaborative QA culture.

You will lead test automation, process improvement, and the development of scalable testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for quality engineering and leadership skills to lead the QA team and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing distributed QA teams of 10+ engineers.
  • Deep expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
  • Hands-on experience in performance, security, A/B, and risk-based testing.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic QA planning and execution.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, guiding, and supporting Senior QA professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, resource allocation, and productivity improvements.
  • Ability to influence decisions and foster alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships across engineering, development, and business teams to ensure quality-driven delivery.
