Role- Lead Software Engineer – AWS IoT Backend

Location - Pune(Hybrid)

CTC - Up to 46 LPA(Based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in AWS IoT backend development to design and deliver scalable, secure IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS IoT architecture, backend development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end IoT solutions using AWS IoT Core, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Greengrass.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across IoT systems.
  • Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage full SDLC including planning, estimation, and on-time delivery using Agile methods.
  • Explore and integrate new IoT frameworks and technologies through PoCs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in AWS IoT, Serverless Frameworks, MQTT, HTTPS, and Matter.
  • Strong coding skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, , and Python.
  • Experience with edge computing, OTA updates, and real-time analytics.
  • Solid understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and IoT security.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
