Role & responsibilities

• We are seeking a Utility & ETP Manager to oversee all utilities and effluent treatment plant (ETP) operations for our plastic wash line and extrusion facility.
• The role includes managing boilers, chillers, compressors, cooling towers, and water treatment systems, ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities for production.
• The candidate will be responsible for operation, monitoring, and maintenance of ETP/STP, compliance with local environmental regulations, and maintaining zero-discharge goals.
• Strong coordination with local government bodies, PCB (Pollution Control Board), and other statutory authorities is essential to ensure timely approvals, reporting, and compliance.
• The manager will develop preventive maintenance schedules, optimize energy and water usage, and lead a team of technicians to minimize downtime.
• The ideal candidate will be a Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental Engineering with 7+ years of experience in utility and ETP management in plastic recycling or process industries.
