Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waldar located in Nashik. The Waldar will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with project teams, overseeing the quality of work, and staying within budgets. Daily tasks include on-site supervision, planning, reporting, and addressing any issues to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects and on-site supervision
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to coordinate project teams effectively
• Strong project planning and reporting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or related fields
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
