We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Student Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students with course information, career guidance, and admission processes while maintaining strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and counsel students about our academic programs.
  • Follow up with potential leads through phone calls and messages.
  • Maintain records of inquiries and student information.
  • Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree
  • 0–6 months of experience (freshers are welcome)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to counsel and convince students over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
