Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Outreach Manager to lead and manage community outreach initiatives in Dharampur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social work, community mobilization, and project management, with a passion for creating social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor project outreach activities in line with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local authorities, NGOs, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote awareness and engagement in community welfare programs.
• Conduct field visits, surveys, and assessments to identify community needs and program impact.
• Lead and mentor a team of field coordinators, volunteers, and support staff.
• Prepare progress reports, case studies, and presentations for internal reviews and donor communications.
• Organize awareness workshops, training sessions, and public events.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with program goals, impact standards, and ethical practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is mandatory.
• 5–6 years of experience in social development, NGO project management, or outreach programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in rural or semi-urban community development preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently within project areas.
• Excellent report-writing, data analysis, and organizational skills.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
