  • Monitor daily production and ensure alignment with plans.
  • Optimize equipment usage and haul road design.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations.
  • Support budgeting and cost estimation processes.
  • Lead technical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in opencast mine planning related to coal
