Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, Digital Creative Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative visual content across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creative design, graphic design, branding. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to create compelling graphics that support our branding and communication strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining social media channel content & delivery.
  • Create and maintain social media presence on Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Generate creative ideas, mock-ups, and high quality designs for production.
  • Create PDF and Powerpoint templates as and when required.
  • Design digital & print collateral for conferences, brochure, programme, posters, and outdoor events etc.
  • Conceptualise & deliver company promotional animation videos.
  • Develop & strengthen public interest and industry connections through social media and other channels.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to the idea generation of logical solutions to new approaches to digital media, design layouts and user interactions.
  • Coordinate with the tech team to design weekly/monthly content updates & offers on the website.
  • Work on Google AdWords ppc campaign design.
  • Design and develop identity along with branding solutions.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva.
  • Has good work ethic and is diligent.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (social media, websites, online advertising, etc.) and ability to adapt designs for multiple channels.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
