Position: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering successful web design and development projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing projects, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Project Manager at iSourceit, you will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals and be at the forefront of innovative web projects.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges during the project and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Foster a positive team environment, motivating team members, and promoting collaboration and creativity.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to analyze successes and areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a web design and development environment.
  • Strong understanding of web design and development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration software.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience working with diverse and geographically distributed teams.
