Role
: The role of the M365- III is to be a part of Infrastructure Team that involved in designing, troubleshooting and implementation of the enterprise infrastructure and information across organizational holdings.

Responsibilities
The M365 L3 is always expected to maintain professional working relationships. Contacts will include key corporate stakeholders, the M365 Team, business unit personnel and associated working groups. The individual is expected to meet objectives with integrity and efficiency.

  • Handle P1 and escalated issues.
  • Experience with supporting and configuring Mail Gateway (Proofpoint, IronPort)
  • Knowledge of setting up O365 Hybrid Environment (Hybrid connection Wizard) and set up Connectors
  • Working knowledge on Hybrid as well as cloud only environment.
  • Hands on experience in administering & troubleshooting O365 environment including Azure AD, AAD Connect, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS TEAMS, Outlook/OWA, Yammer and Streams.
  • Working knowledge and experience of Conditional Access policies, Multi Factor Authentication and Application Registration in Azure.
  • Should have knowledge of MS Office troubleshooting Tools (MX TOOLBOX, Header Analyzer, MFCMAPI)
  • Hands on experience in PowerShell scripting and Exchange management shell.
  • Exchange server maintenance (Patching and Certificate renewal).
  • Setting up and hands on knowledge of Hybrid Email routing (Centralized and Decentralized Mail flow)
  • Migration experience like staged, remote, Cutover and IMAP from On-Premise to O365 and 3rd party products to O365.
  • Troubleshoot Active Directory Sync issues (Dir Sync/duplicate proxies)
  • Knowledge Of Exchange 2019 sever (Server Roles).
  • Hands on Experience in troubleshooting SMTP Emails (SCAN to Email using Printer, Emails from Applications)
  • Working knowledge of SPF, DNS, DKIM, DMARC
  • Working knowledge of DLP policies, Retention & Archival Policies.
  • Should have knowledge on M365 licensing types.
  • Perform Change Management. Perform environment wide changes.
  • Creating KBs/Wikis for the team.
  • Able to analyze provide and RCA of the reported issues.
  • Available for On-Call support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and troubleshooting O365 products.
  • Experience in delivering technical triages to peers.
  • Must have excellent team and collaboration skills.
  • Must have experience in supporting O365 technologies and willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Document your technical work and research to help your colleagues, improve the product, and improve the support experience.
  • Should be MS 900 certified.
  • Preferred Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
