Job description:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects as per drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise site activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and check contractor bills.
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals and project progress.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of project cost estimation and billing.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience in civil project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
