Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing

Experience: 1 to 5 years (Healthcare experience preferred)

Role Purpose: The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, strengthening referral networks, and driving community outreach initiatives. The role focuses on increasing patient inflow, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting overall institutional growth through strategic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, and TPAs.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, medical camps, health talks, and community awareness programs.
  • Track and analyze patient acquisition, referral conversion, and monthly marketing performance metrics.
  • Gather market intelligence, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with digital, design, and communication teams to ensure timely promotional activities.
  • Maintain consistency of branding across hospital premises, print materials, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports to management.
  • Support new service launches, hospital events, and cross-department promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and referral expansion.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal networking skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Sound understanding of healthcare marketing, ethical practices, and referral dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM/lead-tracking tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage field activities, and meet weekly/monthly targets.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
