Job Details for Market Research

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth industry research to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitor solutions.
  • Profile and generate insights on new prospects based on criteria such as revenue, company size, location, and industry vertical.
  • Update CRM and databases with accurate, refined prospect and account data to ensure efficient sales tracking.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor information, including financials, marketing strategies, and industry positioning.
  • Develop targeted contact lists and manage ongoing campaign databases to support sales initiatives and lead generation efforts.
  • Research relevant conferences and build and maintain a prospect database from event attendees, speakers, and presentations.
  • Track and analyze market news (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, job changes) to uncover potential sales opportunities for AX.
  • Validate and mine contacts for target accounts, ensuring up-to-date and accurate contact details across platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of Account Intelligence and competitor analysis reports to inform strategic sales decisions.

Qualification, Experience & Other Requirements

  • Graduate/BBA/ Diploma (Mech.)/BE or B.Tech
  • A course in marketing a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in International Business / Marketing preferred
  • Self-Driven, Hard working

Shift Timings 12:30PM-9:30 PM (IST) 5 Days a week
