Requirements

The Role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer – I (SDE-1) who will work alongside our senior engineers to build and scale the core systems. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be writing production code from day one, solving real customer problems, and learning how to build at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Build, test, and ship features across our stack with mentorship from senior engineers.
  • Work on scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that power AI-driven workflows.
  • Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability of existing code.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver delightful experiences.
  • Contribute ideas on how we can improve product, process, and tech.
     
What We're Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in software engineering (internship/full-time).
  • Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.).
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases.
  • Curiosity to learn new frameworks, tools, and systems quickly.
  • Ability to think through edge cases and write robust code.
  • Hunger to build things that impact real users.
     
Bonus Points
  • Exposure to backend frameworks , Django, Flask, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Previous internship/project experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
